Christ Church, Colshaw

Christ Church is a Local Ecumenical Partnership between The Methodist Church and the Church of England. Its sponsoring bodies are the Bramhall Circuit and St Chad’s Parochial Parish Council.

It began life as a church plant on the Colshaw estate, which was built in the 1970’s to re-house people from Manchester. The church has grown and developed over the years, but still its main aim is to serve the people of Colshaw. We employ a Church and Community Worker, Derek Marshall.

The church meets at the Dean Row Community Centre and runs various activities. It is a very welcoming church, committed to grow in faith and to reach out into the community with the love of Jesus.

Christ Church is committed to:

Worship is at 10.30am every second Sunday morning.
